The Mahler Mausoleum

vestibule68

The Mahler is a mausoleum style designed to resemble a chapel instead of the more traditional Greek temple mausoleum designs you’ll see in so many cemeteries. Some of the granite is finished in a textured and rustic style while the granite around the door is smooth-finished to give it a slightly embellished style without ornamentation. The Gothic arch doorway and the cross at the peak of the mausoleum completes the chapel styling, and small side windows bring light into the structure.

This mausoleum is made with beautiful Barre granite and displays a variety of finishing techniques that offer a great example of the skill of Forever Legacy’s master craftsmen. The interior features six crypts, and this mausoleum is constructed with an impressive 160,000 pounds of granite.
