The Elgar is a simple, classical design featuring Corinthian columns, a traditional laurel wreath on the triangular pediment, and expertly smooth-planed walls. The beautiful bas relief doorway features a religious image, and stands out strikingly against this lovely Barre granite. This mausoleum style features eight crypts inside.
The landscaping is simple, with tasteful flowerbeds bordering the sides of the structure and creating a natural entryway without the use of flagstones or an artificial walkway. The landscaping elements integrate this design nicely with the peaceful surroundings, without detracting from the clean lines and high-quality craftsmanship of this classical mausoleum.
